About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented Digital Experience Data Product owner to join our team at esure Group. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing our chatbot and chat capability, working closely with our Agile team to drive business value and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Shaping our approach to chatbot development and optimisation
  • Leading product discovery and collaborating with the wider business on user research and customer testing
  • Managing the Product Backlog and building, prioritising and communicating initiatives, epics, user stories & acceptance criteria
