Cloud Solutions Architect

As a Cloud Solutions Architect - Chatbot Engineer at esure Group, you will be instrumental in driving and developing cutting-edge chatbot technology that supports our digital-first mindset. This role requires a deep understanding of customer experience and engagement, as well as expertise in Amazon Connect services.
About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced architect to design and implement innovative AWS solutions that elevate customer experiences and drive engagement.
- As a key member of our squad, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and Technology, to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- You will operate as a domain expert in chatbot engineering, sharing your knowledge and skills to support the growth and development of the wider team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of using customer experience and engagement tools within the AWS ecosystem, preferably with Amazon Connect.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, such as Amazon Comprehend, ContactLens, Lex, Rekognition, Textract, Translate, and Transcribe.
- Strong knowledge of voice systems, including natural language chatbots, IVR, and automated customer voice authentication.
- Experience with cloud automation tooling and scripting, such as Terraform and Jenkins.
- Awareness of security best practices pertinent to Amazon Connect and related systems.
