About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at our Northampton facility. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the machines are set up correctly to produce and package high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up machines to produce and package products correctly
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Complete regular checks to verify product quality and packaging
  • Record and escalate any issues to the Line Coordinator and relevant departments

Requirements

  • Good numeracy and English language skills
  • Ability to work safely and follow health and safety practices
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of FMCG or warehouse operations is advantageous, but full training is provided
