About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Minder to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a Machine Minder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that machines are set up correctly to produce and package products efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Regularly complete compliance checks, including camera, date, and code verification checks, to ensure product quality and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that materials required are readily available to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record and escalate any issues or concerns to the Line Coordinator and other relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Good numeracy and English language skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a FMCG or warehouse environment is advantageous, but full training is provided.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate good health and safety practices, and maintain accurate attention to detail.
