We are seeking a skilled Machine Minder to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up machines correctly to produce and package products accurately.
  • Verify product setup according to specifications.
  • Ensure only one type of packaging is used on the line at a time and materials are readily available to minimize downtime.
  • Complete regular compliance checks, including camera, date, and code verification checks.
  • Record and escalate any issues to the Line Coordinator and relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Good numeracy and English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate safe working practices and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of FMCG or warehouse operations is advantageous, but full training is provided.
