We are seeking a skilled Machine Minder to join our team at Greencore, a leading food manufacturer. As a Machine Minder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, ensuring high-quality products are produced and packaged correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up machines correctly to produce and package products accurately.
  • Ensure machines are set up according to product specifications.
  • Manage packaging materials and ensure only one type of packaging is used at a time.
  • Perform regular compliance checks, including camera, date, and code verification checks.
  • Record and escalate any issues to the Line Coordinator and relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Good numeracy and English language skills.
  • Ability to work safely and follow good H&S practices.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of FMCG or warehouse operations is advantageous, but full training is provided.
