About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Minder to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a Machine Minder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that machines are set up correctly to produce and package products efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Regularly complete compliance checks, including camera, date, and code verification checks, to ensure product quality.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that materials required are readily available to minimize downtime.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record and escalate any issues to the Line Coordinator and relevant departments.
Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Good numeracy and English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience: Ability to work in a safe manner and demonstrate good health and safety practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of or experience working in a FMCG/warehouse environment is advantageous, although full training is provided.
