  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design to ensure our business remains competitive.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business performance and success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.
