Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our C-Suite to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to understand the ongoing strategy and goals, and align them with our people strategy.
  • Provide HR support, coaching, and direction to our leadership team on people issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our C-Suite and leadership team, providing commercially astute HR advice and guidance.
  • Support the rollout and maintenance of initiatives such as 9 box grid and job architecture.
  • Understand and interpret people data to present to our CPO and C-Suite, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Operations to support business growth and evolution.

Requirements:

  • Recognised HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Proven experience of working within a HR or HR-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice.
