Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our HR team to design and deliver HR solutions that meet the needs of our business.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, policy, and best practice.
  • Support the development and implementation of our talent management strategy, including succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with our business leaders to understand their people needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to our employees to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of our company culture and values, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Recognized HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Proven experience of working within a HR or HR-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice.
