About the Role

Kerridge Commercial Systems is seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and delivering HR solutions that support our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Recognized HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Proven experience of working within a HR or HR-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice.
