The Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an exceptional professional to lead its soft facilities management team. As a key member of the Estates and Facilities Department, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in how the hospital operates. With a strong focus on excellence, you will be responsible for overseeing various services, including security provision and waste management, while streamlining and refining other areas in the long term.

About the Role

">

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a degree-level qualification or equivalent. A level 3 food hygiene certificate, allergen certification, and knowledge of HTM07/01 (Waste Management) are essential requirements. Experience in managing IT packages, data analysis, and presentation development is also necessary.

In addition, we require strong interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in planning work effectively, managing priorities, and working efficiently under pressure. Specialist working knowledge in catering and allergens is also required.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
