Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Director to lead our soft FM operations, focusing on enhancing Security provision and Waste Management. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in how our hospital operates, directly impacting daily functioning and contributing to an environment where exceptional care thrives.

  • Oversight and collaboration with PFI contractors to ensure service excellence">
  • Monitoring and auditing key service providers' performance while building strong partnerships">
  • Initial focus on enhancing Security provision and Waste Management, with opportunities for long-term refinements">
  • Specialist knowledge in catering, allergens, and cleaning standards">
  • Ability to plan work effectively, manage priorities, and work efficiently under pressure">

What We Offer

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent, along with postgraduate knowledge through training or experience, and specialist knowledge in catering, allergens, and cleaning standards.
