We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of multiple sites in the UK, ensuring high standards of service delivery across all locations.

As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership to internal and external teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of hard and soft services, and work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing multisite facilities in a corporate or client-facing environment, with strong budget and financial management skills, including OPEX and CAPEX budget preparation, accruals, and reporting.

A strong understanding of building M&E systems and critical infrastructure management is essential, as well as excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

The salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
