Overview:

Beat Food Group Limited, a leading food and beverage establishment, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our patrons through your exceptional cocktail-making skills and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Mixology: Craft a variety of high-quality cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to established recipes.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
  3. Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in working order. Restock supplies as needed.
  4. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the current drink menu, specials, and promotions. Educate customers about different beverage options.
  5. Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as local alcohol service laws. Monitor and manage alcohol consumption responsibly.
  8. Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patrons, building rapport and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements:

  1. Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar establishment would be ideal but not essential as full training is provided.
  2. Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create a diverse range of cocktails would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
  4. Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  6. Customer-Focused: Dedication to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  7. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs, cases of alcohol).
