We estimate that this position can earn between £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Director at Civica, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a real impact on the lives of citizens.

About the Role:

  • This is a key leadership position within our organization, requiring strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level decision-makers in UK local government.
  • You will take ownership of large/sensitive or critical local government accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • You will drive holistic account cadence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • You will formulate account-specific strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
