About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing application changes in line with IS/IT processes, procedures, and policies.

With a strong focus on delivering innovative HR/payroll solutions at enterprise scale, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent levels of engagement, collaboration, and forward planning.

In this role, you will contribute to budget planning, deliver IT functional consultancy for applications, and manage resources to support the application. You will also maintain the IT application configuration baseline and system architecture in accordance with corporate IS/IT specifications.

The successful candidate will have experience with Workday platform, including Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll functional areas, as well as expertise in IT service, change, and application lifecycle management.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
