At Damia Group LTD, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Reading. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in Spanish and English to utilize their skills in a dynamic environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £25 per hour (INSIDE IR35). As an HRSS Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting HR admin/operations processes in Spain and Italy, creating contracts and other HR documents, maintaining employee files, and processing transactions in Workday and Talent Center.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess fluent English and Spanish language skills, good knowledge of HR operations/administration in Spain and Italy, and experience working with MS Office and HR systems such as Success Factors and/or Workday. Significant experience in Shared Services is also required, as well as accurate attention to detail, efficient work habits, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
