About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at SPECIALIST RECRUIT LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing customers through the onboarding process, retention, and growth. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for additional business growth, developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify opportunities for additional business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and ensure seamless execution of sales and delivery processes

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales team management
  • Ambition to forge a career in a commercial role within a growing private equity-backed business
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily
  • Autonomous attitude and ability to work well unsupervised
  • Competent IT skills, proficient in CRM/MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Likedin

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £40,500 - £52,500 per annum (plus commission)
