We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding levels of customer service and ownership throughout the customer's experience, ensuring a warm and inviting experience.
- Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the service process.
- Workshop Coordination: Work closely with the workshop team to guarantee a high standard of communication and ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Productivity and Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to the achievement of productivity and customer satisfaction targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI targets.
- Enquiry Handling: Handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently, creating and maintaining customer loyalty and retention.
- Work Administration: Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Customer Handover: Manage the handover and administration of work carried out on vehicles, ensuring customers have a full understanding and authorization of the work completed.
- Manufacturer Requirements: Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards of the business.
- Health and Safety: Maintain safe working practices and adhere to high standards of the business, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
