Role Overview

The EVO M&A Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading Vodafone M&A projects from a Technology perspective. This role supports projects in the portfolio of major M&A projects, which can have various technical scenarios depending on the nature of the M&A deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the end-to-end demand, design, build, and deployment of required changes to execute M&A activities.
  • Responsible for ensuring the integration of companies and exits of divested entities from EVO are achieved within the agreed time and budget.
  • Accountable for adopting the team to changing M&A requirements.
  • Ensure the M&A team can support newly implemented technologies, methodologies, automation, and service improvements.
  • Deliver M&A initiatives on time and on budget in line with the M&A strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven capability as an ERP product manager in large-scale, complex M&A projects for multi-functional, multi-national TelCo organizations.
  • Management skills, including project management, networking, influence, communications, and relationship management with both external and internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Leadership skills, including aligning multiple stakeholders with different interests, delegation, empowerment, and asking for input before making decisions.
  • Experience in business process and managing offshore shared services center resources.
  • SAP Certified, with detailed and extensive knowledge of all SAP Finance, SCM, and HR functionality, as well as SAP S4HANA knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years' experience in delivering BI/ERP projects in an international environment.
