Job Description

We are seeking a Senior M&A Technology Portfolio Manager to lead our M&A projects from a technology perspective.

About the Role

This role is accountable for leading Vodafone M&A projects, supporting projects in the portfolio of major M&A projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end demand, design, build, and deploy of changes required to execute M&A activities.

The Senior M&A Technology Portfolio Manager will be accountable for ensuring the integration of companies and exits of divested entities from EVO are achieved within the agreed time and budget. They will also be responsible for adopting the team to changing M&A requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for all EVO related aspects in M&A projects.
  • Ensure the integration of companies and exits of divested entities from EVO are achieved within the agreed time and budget.
  • Adopt the team to changing M&A requirements.
  • Ensure the M&A team can support newly implemented technologies, methodologies, automation, and service improvements.
  • Deliver M&A initiatives on time and on budget in line with the M&A strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven capability as ERP product manager in large-scale, complex M&A projects.
  • Management skills, including project management, networking, influence, communications, and relationship management.
  • Leadership skills, including aligning multiple stakeholders with different interests, delegation, empowerment, and asking for input before making decisions.
  • Experience in business process and managing offshore shared services center resources.
  • SAP certified, detailed knowledge of SAP Finance, SCM, and HR functionality, as well as SAP S4HANA knowledge and experience.
  • SCRUM or Agile delivery experience is a plus.
