Our Property Team is responsible for delivering all estates functions for a large retail portfolio across the UK, including those functions relating to our franchise partner agents who operate the majority of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of acquisitions and disposals on advantageous terms in accordance with agreed plans.
  • Managing both Landlord and tenant relationships across the retail portfolio, including the sub-tenanted estate.
  • Ensuring statutory and contractual property payments and receipts, including Commercial Business rates.
  • Delivery of the retail strategy, including being accountable for the delivery of operational programmes & targets and ensuring compliance with Company Governance.
  • Effective contract management of supporting external suppliers.
  • Proactive input into functional strategy & projects and helping to define standards & procedures.
