Overview

The role of Regional Sales Development Manager at McCurrach involves driving sales growth and developing customer relationships in the London area.

Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25-£30K per annum, with potential performance-related bonuses.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our team. As a Regional Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities for growing customer distribution, improving availability and visibility, leading to increased sales of PepsiCo's portfolio including Doritos, Walkers, 7 Up, and Pepsi Max.

You will visit various establishments, including bakeries, coffee shops, pubs, leisure centers, and more, to develop strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales of PepsiCo's portfolio
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to identify and deliver opportunities for growth
  • Visiting various establishments to promote and sell PepsiCo's products
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
  • Experience in a direct sales role or related field
