Compliance Officer

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Compliance Officer with a technical background and a passion for excellence. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the pre-planned maintenance (PPM) activities for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that all maintenance operations related to Drainage, Plumbing, Pump, and Gas are performed in compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
The role involves managing and optimizing planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance compliance across the business. This includes developing and executing a planned preventive maintenance regime, including associated remedial works, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements.
You will also be responsible for managing and reporting on PPM, reactive, and remedial works, adhering to contract specifications and KPIs. Additionally, you will oversee multi-discipline facilities management work schemes, holding regular performance reviews with both in-house (franchise) teams.
