As an In Vivo Scientist I at Evotec, you will play a critical role in the discovery and development of novel therapeutics. You will contribute to the organisation, conduct, and delivery of pre-clinical studies to support multiple drug discovery projects.Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, protocols, and quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Prepare for in vivo studies, including material preparation, facility setup, and microorganism cultivation.
- Document laboratory experiments accurately and contribute to data analysis and report writing.
- Maintain a clean and organised laboratory workspace, ensuring efficient operational tasks such as compound receipt and inventory management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Lab animal experience is essential; being a current UK Home Office Personal licence holder is also required (PIL A, B & C).
- Laboratory experience at containment level 2, working with bacteria, fungi, or viruses is beneficial.
