Job Description:

This role is key to ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Transport, Warehousing, and Plant Legislation, with the ability to monitor employees and maintain accurate records.

About the Job:
  • Supervise and monitor employees to ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
  • Deliver comprehensive CPC training and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Maintain telematics systems to monitor driver behavior and complete De-Briefs.
  • Promote health & safety activities and initiatives within the workplace.
  • Support operational staff with keeping current on legislation affecting the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Applying Health & Safety and Driver Regulations knowledge.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Transport, Warehousing, and Plant legislation.
  • Expertise in FORS and Telematics systems.
  • Logistics services operational experience.
  • Completing risk assessments and implementing policies.

Requirements:
  • International CPC qualification.
  • Instructors Licence.
  • Approved Driver CPC trainer.
  • Class 1 driving licence.
  • IOSH desirable.
  • FORS Practitioner desirable.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year
