The role of Safety Compliance Officer and Logistics Specialist is crucial for ensuring Health & Safety compliance across all aspects of our operations. This includes transport, warehousing, and plant legislation.
About the Job:
This key role involves monitoring employees and maintaining accurate records. Delivering comprehensive CPC training and maintaining up-to-date records are also essential responsibilities. Additionally, promoting health & safety activities and initiatives within the workplace is vital. Support operational staff by keeping them informed on legislation affecting the business.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring employees to ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of CPC training.
- Maintaining telematics systems to monitor driver behavior.
- Promoting health & safety activities and initiatives.
- Supporting operational staff with legislative updates.
Salary: Market related, estimated at £50,000 - £70,000 per year
Requirements:
- International CPC qualification.
- Instructors Licence.
- Approved Driver CPC trainer.
- Class 1 driving licence.
- IOSH desirable.
- FORS Practitioner desirable.
