About the Role

Premier Estates Limited is seeking a Fire Safety Operations Specialist to join our Estates Team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating building safety requirements, providing assistance and advice to our team, and ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate fire door checks on relevant buildings across our portfolio.
  • Manage premises information box content on relevant buildings across our portfolio.
  • Oversee the safety case report (SCR) process and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Estates Team Support and consultants on fire risk assessment actions.
  • Monitor building remediation progress for relevant buildings.
  • Ensure Resident Engagement Strategies (RES) are up-to-date and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Assist with client-led tasks relating to building safety and one-off and routine client reporting exercises.
  • Maintain Senior / Estates Manager(s) informed of building safety requirements for relevant buildings.
About You

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication skills who can drive results in their area of work. You should have basic Microsoft Office skills and a strong attention to detail.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid working, free fruit, day off on your birthday, and Westfield Health cash back plan. You will also receive 25 days holiday plus the option to buy extra holiday and Christmas closure.
