About the JobWe are seeking experienced mental health professionals who share our vision of empowering individuals to manage their mental health and lead fulfilling lives. As a Mental Health Support Professional, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized support plans, which may include counseling, coaching, and advocacy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing one-to-one support and counseling to clients, either individually or in groups.
- Developing and implementing behavioral support plans to address challenging behaviors.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,500 per annum, plus comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health support.
