Job Overview:

Action Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Project Worker. As a member of our operational team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Joint Training Schemes to increase mental health literacy, enhance emotional resilience, and build leadership skills of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training schemes to key youth workers, teachers, community groups, and youth workers in Northern Ireland and border counties of Ireland.
• Collaborate with other partners to achieve project goals.
• Work with a wide range of individuals and groups from Northern Ireland and beyond.

Requirements:
• A Level or RQF Level 3 qualification in a related discipline (health, education/training, or social care sector).
• Paid or voluntary experience working with people with mental health needs, young people, or disadvantaged groups.
• Experience in developing and extending relevant networking opportunities.
• Ability to deliver training in a group setting.
• Full current driving license and access to a car (consideration given to alternative traveling proposals for applicants with disabilities).
