Community Mental Health Role:

As a key member of our Home Treatment team, you will provide expert care and support to adults with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to adults with mental health needs, working in a Community setting.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure seamless patient care, working closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully clear DBS and current GMC registration.
