We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Complex Care, providing a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their personal best, promoting their independence, and supporting their individual needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Encouraging residents to participate in leisure activities and hobbies
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

We offer a competitive hourly rate, flexible part-time contracts, and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • Experience working in a children's residential care home
  • Ability to demonstrate our shared values of positivity, innovation, and enthusiasm
