As a Senior Children's Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to residents, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting residents' independence and autonomy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and own car.
  • Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
