Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in our residential settings.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people in our residential settings.
  • Support children and young people in all day-to-day activities and interests.
  • Encourage and promote independence and wellbeing in children and young people.
  • Attend weekends away, holidays, and trips with children and young people.
  • Protect children and young people from any risks to their health and welfare.
Requirements:
  • A desire to create positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
  • At least 6 months experience of working with children or within a similar Social Care setting.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
