Job Description

  • Provide financial business support, including handling and recording of funds; processing financial information; producing reports; document production and basic IT assistance.
  • Support multiple social work establishments across Renfrewshire, working independently or as part of a team, with a flexible approach and effective communication skills.
  • Work with various software packages, including Microsoft Excel and databases, and have experience in supervising staff.


Key Requirements

  • Experience in a clerical role, carrying out a range of support duties and working with various software packages.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, on your own initiative, meet deadlines and quality standards, and possess effective customer service skills.
  • Self-motivation and resilience when handling challenging and vulnerable client groups.
  • Desirable: knowledge of procurement systems, service user/customer information systems, and previous experience of supervising staff.
