Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely.
Our ideal candidate will be an empathetic and non-judgmental individual with a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will be required to work closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
As a Vulnerable Adult Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of client interactions and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
