">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our specialist team. As a support professional, you will work closely with vulnerable adults, providing day-to-day support and care. Your role will involve:

  • Providing support and guidance to individuals in crisis situations
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes

Your expertise and experience will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of those you support, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in support work, ideally with experience in working with vulnerable adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies

You will also need to possess relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a DBS check and CALM/PMVA training.
