Mental Health Support Worker Lead

Kibble, Scotland's leading provider of services for vulnerable children and young people, seeks a highly skilled Mental Health Support Worker Lead. This role is part of the Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support (SOCAS) fund, aiming to enhance the wellbeing and safety of adult survivors.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate individual therapy sessions with young adults in various settings, fostering a safe environment and strong therapeutic relationships.
- Contribute to risk management and safety meetings, maintaining accurate case records, and writing reports to evaluate therapeutic interventions.
- Attend professionals' meetings and provide expert support to young individuals with complex needs.
- A recognised psychotherapist qualification or equivalent from the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Professional registration with HCPC, BACP, or other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Experience in delivering in-person and online therapy sessions.
- Desirable: 2+ years of experience working with adolescents and young adults with complex needs, as well as supporting care-experienced youth.
