As a Social Recovery Coach, you will be responsible for supporting service users in accessing treatment and delivering interventions that promote resilience and self-determination. You will work closely with the community to create a collaborative support network and facilitate access to mutual aid and interventions for overall wellbeing.

You will need to have a solid understanding of substance misuse issues and experience in a related field. Strong time management and initiative-taking abilities, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and foster effective relationships, are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,110.87 - £27,449.52 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, paid wellness hour, contributory pension scheme, and training opportunities.
