**Recoveries Agent**

**Salary**: Upto £35,000 p.a. plus bonus

Location: The role will be in based in our Manchester or Oxford office dependent on your location

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch (hybrid working)

**The Asset Recoveries Team**

The Asset Recoveries team forms part of Oodle's Collections division responsible for liaising with external suppliers and supporting the successful recovery of our vehicles. The team also manage the tracker service applied to our high value vehicles. In addition, the team manage exceptional high-risk cases such as Stolen, Exported, Abroad and Abandoned vehicles.

Currently we are a team of 8, however due to business growth, we now require additional individuals who will support the team delivering excellence which is both in the business and customers interest, whilst also maintaining a fun and social environment to work in.

**Recoveries Agent**

What will you be doing:

- External/Internal calls from our customers and suppliers
- Ownership of tasks to assist with first call resolution
- Instructing repossessions to our external agents
- Managing departmental Inbox
- Liaising with internal/external stakeholders
- Managing postal queries
- Actioning closures reports received from our suppliers and follow up actions

What we are looking for in our Oodle employee:

- Recoveries experience preferred from a Motor Finance or Asset Finance environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- A positive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work closely within a team
- Ability to effectively deal with difficult and complex telephone conversations whilst remaining calm
- Someone who thinks outside the box and is excited to share new ideas
- A multitasker who can effectively manage a variety of tasks
- Able to manage risk and justify decision making
- Microsoft skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Happy working in a fast paced environment
- The ability to undertake repetitive tasks well
- Good team player and enthusiasm to adapt
- Automotive finance knowledge is highly desirable however if successful training will be provided specific to the industry
