Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team at London Hire Group. As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing a safe and professional transportation service to our clients and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to local road restrictions and speed limits.
  • Ensure mandatory vehicle checks are undertaken every time the vehicle is used to a standard acceptable on the road.
  • Ensure that all passengers and wheelchair users are secured correctly in the appropriate location using the necessary safety equipment.
  • Communicate with passengers and clients in a patient and informative manner.
  • Assist the Passenger Assistant with their duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full unrestricted car driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
  • Possess a Private Hire Licence with the relevant local authority.
  • Minimum of two years' driving experience.
  • Willing to undertake and satisfy a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
