Manorcourt Homecare are recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to support our Learning Disabilities and Mental Health team in Lowestoft

Working as part of our local team you will be assisting our carers with their daily activities, monitoring performance and undertaking spot checks on a consistent basis. You will also be responsible for supporting our service users, undertaking and reviewing care plans and risk assessments, setting up medication charts and liaising with the office team regarding any queries or issues that may arise. Due to the nature of the role, there are times where you may need to support in delivering hands on care so a flexible approach to work will be required. You will also need to have good communication skills, be able to build relationships quickly and be confident with Microsoft Office.
