**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Multi Drop Delivery Driver with a focus on safeguarding responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to multiple destinations, while also playing a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of vulnerable individuals in the community.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to multiple destinations within designated timeframes
- Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and resources

- Identify and report any concerns related to the welfare and safety of vulnerable individuals encountered during deliveries, following established safeguarding protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with relevant authorities or support services when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour
- Address customer enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle
- Complete accurate and detailed delivery documentation, including proof of delivery and any safeguarding reports
- Keep organised records of deliveries and safeguarding incidents

**Person Specification (Essential)**
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in multi-drop delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages
- A strong sense of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures
- Understanding and commitment to the importance of safeguarding vulnerable individuals
