We are seeking an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to join our culinary team at Jubilee Hospitality. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our hotel's culinary operations and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
About the RoleAs an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality food standards. You will work closely with the GM and Food and Beverage Manager to achieve our culinary goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menu strategies to meet customer demands
- Lead and motivate a team of experienced chefs to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and freshness
