About Prospero Teaching

We are a leading education recruitment agency specializing in placing tutors and teaching assistants with schools and families across the UK.

As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will be part of our team dedicated to providing high-quality educational support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Our tutors are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our students. We require individuals who possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and patience when working with students who may face challenges in traditional classroom settings.

The Role

  • Create personalized lessons tailored to individual student needs
  • Work closely with students, parents, and teachers to understand and address specific requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices in SEND support
  • Prioritize student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
