Pediatric Learning Assistant

We're currently seeking a Pedantic Learning Assistant to join our team at EarlyBirds Nursery in Woodville. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with our experienced team to plan and deliver engaging activities, support personal care needs, and maintain accurate records of children's progress.
Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of high-quality care and education to children aged 0-11, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of daily activities, including play and educational programs, to meet the needs of children and support their learning
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, including observations and assessments
- Level 2 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
- Clear DBS check
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
- GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum, plus opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
