About the Role

This permanent, full-time position is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable group of SEMH/SEN schools in Barnstaple. As a Teaching Assistant (SEN/SEMH), you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with SEN/SEMH students and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide one-to-one and small group support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH/SEN in their learning and development

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with SEN/SEMH students
