Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Lead for Brain Injury Rehabilitation to oversee the Therapy service in our Brain Injury Service in South London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to adults with complex neurological disabilities.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in complex respiratory management, team leadership, and service improvement projects. You will work closely with the Director of Care to drive service development, provide expert clinical advice, and maintain a specialist caseload.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and motivate a team. They will also be registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Therapy service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Care to drive service development and make informed decisions.
- Provide expert clinical advice and maintain a specialist caseload.
- Participate in service development to meet user and stakeholder needs.
- Work within the interdisciplinary Brain Injury Services team.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in neurology, Neuro Rehab, MSK or Psychology, with 2 years as a Band 7 therapist. You should also have expertise in complex respiratory management, including tracheostomy weaning, and experience in team leadership and service improvement projects. Additionally, you must be registered with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist.
