Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on the role of Regional Occupational Therapy Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing the Occupational Therapy Service across Yorkshire and the Midlands.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist. You must have at least 6 years post-qualifying experience, be qualified and registered as an Occupational Therapist, hold relevant sensory practitioner qualifications, and possess a full and clean UK driving license.

Responsibilities

  2. Lead the Occupational Therapy Service across Yorkshire and the Midlands, providing strategic direction and guidance.">
  3. Develop and implement effective supervision frameworks for the Occupational Therapy team.">
  4. Recruit and manage Occupational Therapy staff across the region.">
  5. Identify and address training needs for Occupational therapy staff.">
